If you are experiencing dizziness and nausea during sexual activity (and you have ruled out any possible medical conditions), you may want to shift focus on what your "goal" should be, and relax and enjoy the pleasure in the sexual act itself (instead of trying to "make you" reach orgasm).

Much about orgasms for women stems from our brains-- the thoughts, feelings and emotions swirling around, along with the hormones-- and trying to "make" someone achieve an orgasm will most likely have the opposite effect. Instead, if you focus on the actual act of intimacy; the feelings, emotions and physical sensations you are experiencing while with your husband, knowing you are sharing tender moments, you will most likely enjoy yourself more and feel the minute pleasurable feelings that I assume might be missing if you are holding your breath or "forcing" something that is not meant to be right now.

Try focusing on the journey instead of the end-result, remember to relax, laugh, smile and BREATHE and see if that helps your nausea and dizziness. I assume your nausea is from an upset stomach, trying to reach orgasm to "show" your husband that you can do it, and I assume your dizziness is from holding your breath trying to clinch up to "make" an orgasm happen. For most women, an orgasm happens (in the beginning) when you are relaxed, not trying/forcing it to happen, and just thinking about something else--focusing on the physical sensations while relaxing and no goal in site.

About the orgasm: some women do not have orgasms during intercourse, and this is perfectly normal! If the penis was "L" shaped, then maybe more women would experience orgasm during sex, but since the penis can not stimulate the clitoris during most positions of intercourse (the reason for the "L" shape), then many women use a vibrator, mutual masturbation, oral sex or other sex acts to achieve orgasm before/after/during sex.
