Taking Plan B so late only caused an upset in the balance of hormones that naturally regulate your menstrual cycle. The high dose of the hormone in the pill could be responsible for your period starting when it did and the increase in flow.
I do not see a reason for testing again. You did not become pregnant.
Anonymous, do you see a gynecologist? If not, now is a good time to schedule that first appointment. It would be an opportunity for a physical exam and to discuss birth control options.
