Thank you for your question and for finding EmpowHER. Anytime you have sex and loads of it, you can increase your chance of getting pregnant. There are some suggestions for improving your chances even more with sexual positions. Check it out: Baby Making Sexual Positions. You also may want to start taking a prenatal vitamin now when you're trying to conceive (TTC). There are many old wive's tales associated with improving conception, but there is no evidence to prove or disprove them. Why not try it all? It's all in good fun when you're TTC, right? And just having fun may improve your chances better than anything else.
