Based on your report, there is no sign of pregnancy and everything looks fine. However, the best person to answer your question in greater detail is your doctor. I am sorry that you were given a report of ultrasound with no explanation of the results. Doctors can sometimes read the report and since everything appears to be normal, they forget to translate the medical jargon to the patient.
Make sure you bring it up next time you see your Dr!
