Thank you for your question and for finding EmpowHER. The surest way to know what is going on is to ask your boyfriend what is going on. Tell him what you are thinking, and see what he says. If he doesn't talk openly with you about this, then you can decide what your next step is. We can't tell you if it's time to move on. That's for you to decide what's best for you. But if you and your boyfriend are not on the same page with the topic of sex at this point in your lives, you may need to think long and hard about what your expectations are for this relationship, and what you can live with. If he wants to wait until marriage, that is valid and his right. But you also deserve to be happy and live by what is right for you.
