I can appreciate your concern about these changes in a year's time. Have you had an appointment with the doctor who ordered the scan? You should have an appointment following a scan, especially if there has been changes noted from a previous imaging report. Your doctor needs to review the findings with you, review what the cause or causes of the changes may be and if any treatment or measures are necessary.
