I am 16 with this same problem. People pick on me all the time but I know this isn't my fault and I can't change it. My boyfriend supports me completely, but sometimes I feel hideous. I play sports year round and I often get moderate back pain. When people pick on me for it, they are hitting a nerve and I usually become FURIOUS with them. Most people who say something about my back, rudely and repeatedly, are not forgiven by me.
