If you took Next Choice as directed, than you should be protected against pregnancy. According to the product website, the side effects of Next Choice include menstrual changes and breast pain. Since your periods are irregular, it will be difficult to know when you will or should get it. If your period is delayed longer than it has ever been for you, then make I suggest you see your doctor.
