So glad I found and read this! I've been drinking milk and eating foods with Vit. D more because I knew I needed more Vit. D, but I didn't realize to what extent we needed it, and why! Your #1 point is intriguing... I wonder if those of us who complain about forgetting where we put this or that wouldn't have the problem so often if we ate or took more Vit. D. I know this even happens to people in their 30's, and I always say it's because we have too much on our minds, which is true, but if lack of Vit. D is a contributor--that's amazing!
