The average penis size is around 5 to 6 inches long (erect). So, if your penis is around 8 inches, you are well above the average and this can cause some discomfort in some women because your penis may be hitting her cervix if you have fully penetrated her.

For some women, a dab of water-based lube can make a huge difference. Different positions sometimes help, too.
