The odds are that you would not be pregnant; it's just that the effectiveness of your pill decreases if you miss two ore more pills.

If you do not want to be pregnant at this time, it is best to continue using birth control pills to prevent a pregnancy. In the small chance that you are pregnant (10-14 days after unprotected sex...it takes that long for a fertilized egg to implant in the uterine lining; it is not instantaneous after sex), birth control pills do not cause a disruption in the pregnancy in the very early stages.

Let me explain the odds, too. A woman who is healthy and fertile with a normal menstrual cycle "only" has a 20% chance with each cycle to conceive...even when TRYING to conceive (meaning: frequent, unprotected sex with no birth control). Since you are using birth control pills, your chances would be much lower than this 20% for this one-time occurrence.

If you are still concerned, you can call your doctor and speak with a nurse regarding your specific circumstances.
