There is no specific food that will induce your period, however maintaining a healthy balanced diet by eating fruits, vegetables, proteins, carbs, etc. and breaking your meals down into 5 or 6 meals a day can certainly help keep you regular. If you would like some help inducing your period you can visit your doctor and s/he will prescribe something to help regulate your period.
