How very strange. I have the exact same noise in the back of my head and also swollen lymph nodes which have been biopsied. I have also have a goiter and nodes on my thyroid which has been biopsied. I have been told that swollen nodes can be from stress and that I may have fibromyalgia but my muscle and bone pain is different. After a goiter follow up with an endro, she suggested my cortisol levels be tested for Cushings. I just turned in my 24 hour urine test yesterday but am feeling anxious. Still have not had much of an explanation about the swollen nodes and squirting noise. I also have ear and jaw pain.
