Hi,
I'm sorry you are so afraid, but let's take it slower. Before figuring out how to break the news to your parents, let's make sure you aren't pregnant first.

What you and your boyfriend engaged in is called the Withdrawal Method, and if he did not ejaculate, there would be little-to-no chance of pregnancy. The slight risk of pregnancy could occur if there was semen in his pre-ejaculatory fluid (if he ejaculated prior to intercourse; I can explain more in-depth if you need), but otherwise, if he did not ejaculate at all...there would be no chance for sperm in the ejaculatory fluid to enter into your vagina. Sperm is a "must" for pregnancy to occur! :-)

The Withdrawal Method is a birth control method used by many couples; some successfully and others not as successful. It is about a 70-80% effectiveness rate (meaning, 20-30% chance of pregnancy each year of use).

If you can not afford the $12 HPT, then you would need to wait until your period begins. Do you have any friends that would loan you $12 bucks, and you can pay them back? If not, you know your period has been late a few weeks before, and you can assume that the odds are you are not pregnant. There is always a risk of pregnancy with unprotected sex, of course, so it is great that you are using condoms in the future (every single time, remember!)
