As far as I know, she has some pain. I don't think she has had any itching or swelling though, besides the blister under her toenail.
We are planning to go to a follow up here soon. We are currently trying to find a podiatrist that is closer to us, since I have to drive. Her podiatrist was an hour or more away.
However, she was having some mild complications after the procedure that we went to go get checked out and everything seemed clear, just for the mild infection that usually comes after that.
It might be a blood blister, like you say. When cleaning out her nail there is often a lot of dried blood and some other stuff in there, looks something like dried puss, but the blister/bubble itself only is draining blood for now.
