The reason why you shouldn't orgasm post embryo transfer is due to you creating contractions of the uterus; which you are trying to avoid. What you can do now is continue to avoid sex and orgasms. It is still possible for you to conceive so try to remain calm, don't stress out about it, and call your doctor if you would like some added reassurance.
