I have been trying to raise my Vitamin D levels by actually getting some sun, but have had a hard time finding information about what to do after I get it.

Sounds a little silly, but how long does it take for your body to absorb the Vitamin D before you can shower? We are trying to stay as natural as possible, and not use sunscreen yet only be in the sun a short time. Any advice on how to best absorb it?
