What has your partner said about the decrease in frequency? Is your partner OK with the current sexual relationship, and is your partner OK with the amount of physical intimacy between you two?

I think those questions must be addressed first, in an open, honest and relaxed conversation. If your partner is OK with the status quo, then you would need to decide what is best for you. If your partner is not OK with your current relationship...but is too tired or stressed (or insert other reason)...then those specific reasons are easier to address once they are identified. If your partner does not provide substantial reasons, or is not interested in finding a solution...you also have your answer that your partner may not be as invested in this relationship as you are. However...please know that a change in work situations can be a stressful time, and to actively and compassionately listen to what is going on in your partner's world can create emotional intimacy (which can lead to physical intimacy later on).

Relationships are difficult, and throwing into the mix a change in work schedule can make it even more challenging to find time and energy to be intimate.
