Even for me, Alopecia is just my biggest self-esteem hurdle or the biggest of the moment. It's surely not my only one, but as you consistently point out, having a major personal obstacle to feeling good about oneself is a gift in disguise in that it has given me so much empathy toward others and their personal obstacles.
