Did you miss your period? How long did the brown blood last? Sometimes we have something called breakthrough bleeding in between periods and basically it's old blood that didn't make its way out during our period.
When was your last menstrual period and when were you expecting this months? If you are already late and your pregnancy test was negative, then you're not pregnant.
