The simple answer is yes, emergency contraceptives are well known to cause irregular periods for at least two cycles and this is very common. If you have taken 3 pregnancy tests, I would rest assured that you are probably not pregnant.
Stress about missing your period, school, work and everything else that causes us stress will certainly affect your periods as well. Stress will cause many serious issues over time. The best thing for you to do now is relax and not worry about pregnancy as 3 pregnancy tests and taking the emergency contraceptive were your best possibilities.
For future reference, have you considered taking birth control? Using condoms? You should always use condoms to protect yourself but birth control will certainly help with pregnancy concerns also. I hope this helps. Good luck.
