Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. My first question, did you have surgery that caused scar tissue or are you explaining that the scar tissue was caused by your PID? What was your treatment for pelvic inflammatory disease (PID)? PID is a bacteria that enters the vaginal area and can spread to other organs.

The scar tissue that you are talking about must be diagnosed and treated by a doctor. I would certainly make an appointment as soon as possible since you are in so much pain, I would actually try to find a surgeon.

Please provide the above information so we may better assist you. In regard to your bowel movements, PID is known to cause constipation due to possible pelvic adhesions although using pain medications can certainly cause constipation and a diet change to include high fiber can certainly help with that. Again, seeing a physician would be necessary to distinguish between the two. I hope that portion helps. We look forward to hearing back from you.
