When I read your question, I very badly wanted to find research that proves BioIdentical Hormones to be the answer to your problems. However, every article I read essentially said the same thing: There is no proof that Bioidentical hormones are any more effective than standard Hormone Replacement Therapy and they can actually be riskier.
I'd like for you to take the time to read through these so that you can best judge for yourself whether this treatment is or is not best for you:
