Thanks for your question. If you're having itching/burning in your vaginal area you need to see a doctor to treat you for it. Although it may be possible that the chemicals in your sanitary pad caused an irritation, cleanliness may have nothing to do with it and you could be developing a yeast infection. In fact, being too clean can sometimes result in a yeast infection. Your OB/GYN can diagnose your problem and treat you for it. The longer you wait, the worse it can get.
