I am sorry that you're feeling these symptoms two years after your laparocopy/hysteroscopy. I am a little confused by some things you mention like decreased sensation in your cervix--the cervix is far inside, how do you feel it? Are you referring to when you go to gynecological exams?
In less that 1% of patients, these problems may occur:
Injury to the cervix or uterus
Infection
Heavy bleeding
Side effects from the anesthesia
It may be a good idea to get a complete physical exam since you mention weight gain, which I am not sure is related to the procedures you had done. Where is the bump located? Could it perhaps be scar tissue from the procedures?
