You have absolutely nothing to worry about-- the size of your penis has nothing to do with a woman being able to deliver a baby vaginally. During labor, the vaginal wall dilates and effaces (thins) in order to make a passage for the baby. Whether or not your girlfriend had no other sexual partners or 10 of them before you, she will have to go through this labor process before she even begins to push. Once she is considered 100% effaced and dilated to 10 by her nurses and doctor, then she will be instructed to push. Like I said, you have nothing to worry about--she will be perfectly fine :)
