Thanks for your question. If you had no intercourse and he didn't ejaculate on or near your vagina, you have zero chance of pregnancy. Sperm is not going to permeate itself onto your skin if you have washed your hands nor will it survive for more than a couple of hours once it is outside the body. Rest assured that you are not pregnant, however, it is always a good idea to use some protection if you are going to perform oral sex on your boyfriend in order to avoid any STD's.
