All of the symptoms that you describe are abnormal and need medical attention. I think you need to find a new physician and get a second opinion. I am concerned that the green on the tampon could be bile leakage. Bile is a dark green to yellowish brown fluid produced by the liver. The prolonged vaginal bleeding and intense anal pain cannot be overlooked.
