Have you spoken to your doctor about this? I found information on the website for Loestrin 24 Fe:The most common are nausea, vomiting, bleeding or spotting between menstrual periods, weight gain, breast tenderness, and difficulty wearing contact lenses. These side effects, especially nausea and vomiting, may decrease or subside within the first three months of use.
I suggest you call your doctor to be sure that the spotting is just a side effect and not a sign of another problem.
