There's hope !!!!! There's no one solution for all - so everything needs to be considered
It could be ovarian issues or endometriosis if the pain is more abdominal - they definitely have solutions - drugs, surgery for ovarian if necessary, exercise, etc
It could be hormonal stuff - as with removal of ovaries or menopause that causes plenty burning or dryness and pain - needs loadsa lube and possibly docs might give hormone supple if needed
It could be appendicular mass if the pain is in the right lower quadrant of abdomen
If the tests are all negative - it could still be muscular trigger point in abdomen or pelvis - for which self release or release by the therapist can DEFINITELY be done followed by exercises - Go to an experienced physiotherapist who deals with these kind of problems - NOT ALL PHYSIOS DO
Dysorgasmia, Chronic Pelvic Pain, Infections are problems to be considered
As for me - I definitely believe in prayer and that the great physician can heal or lead us to the right place of healing - so pray !!
In my case I self released two trigger points but one point - I'm not gonna release before I make sure if it's ovarian- in which case pressure is not a good idea - so I'm praying and hoping for the best
Peace
