Hi soso,
It sounds like you have a great rapport with your doctor, and it is important to contact your doctor with any new symptoms that appear. I know it can be embarrassing when a symptom we experience is near a "private area", but it is imperative that you make an appointment with your primary doctor or gynecologist. No one on the internet will be able to tell you what a lump might be under your skin (anywhere on your body), and new symptoms like this should be checked out by your doctor.

You have lymph nodes near your genital area, and it could be a lymph node swelling to fight an infection (this is what healthy bodies do, and is normal, but still should be checked), or as simple as an ingrown hair. Either way, please call your doctor first thing and let us know how you are doing!
