When did you have the 2 days of vaginal bleeding? How soon after did you have brown spotting? It is very likely that the change which you noticed was the result of missing 3 daily doses of an active birth control pill. The way to confirm pregnancy is to tale a pregnancy test. A home pregnancy test is usually done after a period is late by one week. A blood pregnancy test can be done as early as 11 days after conception.
