Yes Nurse Gromisch, I have suffered from PID in May and have been treated. This was diagnosis from a ER visit when I admitted myself from the severe pain. The doctor was using a fear tactic with me to insure that I take all my medicine and I believe he stated that he didnt think that it would mean absolutly anymore children, however there was some scar tissue. But at the time I was unclear of any severe damages because I just wanted to hear I was okay. I did have a follow up pap in June and had a normal pap. I do occasionaly suffer from BV and this is what spun out of control to cause PID I believe. In June I had a somewhat normal timed period. I am currently have a menastration that is the late cycle and It's painful but not as much as when I had PID. Im wondering if there is anyway I can call the Doctor at the ER and get explaination of his findings from my CAT Scan. Thank you so much for recapping this information, because it has been on my mind in hopes that this would not effect my fertilit seriously.
