It is difficult to know for certain, but you can count July 15th as the first day of your last period, since you had bleeding for 4 days. This should provide the best estimate for when your next period will begin.

It also helps to know the dates of all of your previous periods (just the start date; it really does not matter how long each period is). You will see a trend if all of your periods begin within 28-days of one another, and if you just had one month that was "off" with breakthrough bleeding. Or, if you notice that you have many months with several days of mid-cycle bleeding...this is all important information to know from tracking on a calendar.
