Hi Moevysan,
Hi again! It's been a few months since you first asked about painful intercourse, and even though you are saying that your relationship has "moved to the next level" (as far as frequency of intercourse, it sounds), your emotional and mental connection is still in the frame of mind of being scared-to-death of pregnancy.

Understandably, since you said he wants to have sex without a condom.

It is great that you two are using condoms (they are up to 98% effective at preventing pregnancy when used consistently and correctly).

If your boyfriend wants to stop using condoms, I assume he is asking you to get a prescription for hormonal contraception (such as the birth control pill). How do you feel about using the pill?

If you are so paranoid (your words) about pregnancy, you may want to consider using the birth control pill, as it is 99% effective at preventing pregnancy...AND still use condoms. You need to continue using a barrier method of birth control to also protect against sexually transmitted infections.

Your period can be delayed due to your use of emergency contraception. It is not recommended to use EC on a regular basis, as it can lead to irregular cycles (and, then you really don't know when your period will begin). EC is only up to 75-80% effective at preventing pregnancy, so if you are wanting the most effective birth control, choosing to use the daily birth control pill is much more effective. Since you are sexually active, you do need to see a gynecologist to have a medical exam, and you can talk about prescription birth control. It is important to make sure you are healthy!

Did this answer all of your questions?
