My caloric intake is 1800-2000 calories a day. I eat a cereal with a banana and almond milk for breakfast, a sensible lunch (protein, GF crackers, fruit, popcorn are typical), a snack before working out, a protein shake with almond milk after working out, and dinner (healthy protein and veggies). I'm 5'8" and 157 pounds.
