According to this article the therapy is only theoretically possible not practically possible yet, so i think we have to wait for new researches.

By the acronym PPRP, do you mean Post Polio Residual Paralysis?
Here is the link to an article which appeared in the journal, Post Polio Health International: http://www.post-polio.org/edu/pphnews/pph19-4p1-3.pdf. It appears that much more research needs to be done in this field of stem cell therapy. I did an extensive internet search using a medical website, which features the latest publications of scientific reports, but could not find any recent reported developments in the use of stem cells therapy to treat PPRP.
