Hi Aby Wu,

I believe what you are referring to is post-void dribble. If you weren't to continue voiding and just get up, you would probably wet your panties a bit. This is sometimes caused a weakened pelvic floor and you can try doing some pelvic floor exercises: https://www.empowher.com/vaginal-prolapse/content/kegel-muscle-exercises-aka-pelvic-floor-muscle-training

If the sensation that you need to continue voiding is accompanied by a burning sensation and constantly urinating very little, then this could be a symptom of a UTI. https://www.empowher.com/condition/urinary-tract-infection/definition

You can try performing the Kegel's (or pelvic floor exercises) for a while, and wait to see for improvement or you will have to pay a visit to your gynecologist if you do not want to wait to find out.

Best of luck,

Rosa
