I've had anxiety for too many years to count now. I have rarely heard of it going away but there are ways you can control it without medication. In fact, I've been on a lot of types of medication and none of them helped me at all. I went to a therapist and learned differnt things to do to help me through them. My anxiety attacks only happen once in a great moon compared to twice a day. You should check it out. Good luck. (:
