Thanks for this article. I thought it was very beneficial. Just a quick hint about snacks before exercise: Because of the danger of going low, having glucose tablets is essential. Although juice works, as do snacks, tablets are more reliable, if you’re interested in tight control. One tablet will bring you up a certain number of points fairly consistently and quickly. I am a Certified Coach for diabetics, coaching over the phone.
