Hi,
One of the most significant symptom of pregnancy is a missed period. Other classic signs of early pregnancy include nausea with or without vomiting, tender, swollen breasts, increased urination, especially at night, fatigue and food aversions or cravings. Some woman experience light spotting which doesn't last very long and slight cramping. This is called implantation bleeding and occurs about 10 to 14 days after fertilization. This occurs when the fertilized egg attaches to the lining of the uterus. In early pregnancy, some women have mood swings, feel lightheaded or dizzy at times and have constipation.
Hope this answers your question,
