Thank you for your question. Please don't feel ashamed or as if there is something wrong with you-- your friends are right. Since you experienced an early period at the age of 8, a combination of factors have caused your high libido: hormones, increased sex drive before ovulation, psychological factors, etc. This is all normal at your age..not to mention the urge to fulfill this desire. However, with you being 14 you also need to realize that with this desire come its consequences: Pregnancy, STD's/HIV, and labels at school. If you feel like this need for sex is taking over your life and you are finding that daily activities are hard to do without thinking about sex, then you may want to consider seeing your school psychologist and/or nurse.
