He is not on meds but has been on them before. He is going through AA so he does not want to take anything as he says he has other ways to deal with his manic episodes. He masturbates this much when he isn't having an episode so when he is it is ten times worse.
He doesn't go to therapy because he does not think he has a problem. I suggested we go to counseling but Idk if he will want to or not.
