Thank you for your question. The reality is, any time you have sex, you risk pregnancy. Since you were bleeding already, there may be a less of a chance of pregnancy. Plan B is known to cause irregular periods. Do yourself a favor, call your doctors office since you just took Plan B to see if you should take it again. Your better off taking extra precautions (such as condoms) if you continue to have sex. Unprotected sex may always result in pregnancy.
