Though some women experience headaches and nausea or morning sickness during early pregnancy, lightheadedness and blurred vision are not symptoms of pregnancy. If you had your period, it is not likely that you are pregnant, Some women experience implantation bleeding which occurs when the egg implants in the uterus.
Call your doctor as soon as possible to report these symptoms. They may be a signal of a medical condition that needs attention.
