my d.c.in situ was only detected with the digital mammogram, not the regular mammography. then when they remove the breast, as I ask the dr. to do (I had the feeling i still had cancer on my breast and didn't want the lumpectomy but mastectomy) they found another cancer in an area NOT SEEN BY THE MAMMOGRAM or the MRI. also my friend had the feeling she had cancer even the mammo. was not showing anything. She also had cancer not showing by mammo. Some times you must follow your instincts. AND YOU SHOULD HAVE DIGITAL MAMMOs or the one taken by the new machines
