Welcome to EmpowHER and thanks for your question. It's very important to take the Next Choice Pill as instructed. Next Choice Directions are as follow; the first tablet as soon as possible but not later than 72 hours (3 days) after unprotected sex.
Take the second tablet 12 hours after you took the first one.
In most instances, your next menstrual period will come at or within 1 week of its expected time. The different symptoms you are feeling can be due to the absence of a regular menstrual cycle or can be pregnancy. That's why it's important to talk to doctor and have him due blood work to determine if in deed you are pregnant.
