You are not crazy. I had my hysto two years ago and almost immediately noticed the saggy, dry skin and loss of muscle tone. As for the person above who stated that exercise and drinking water would help, it does not. I would with a trainer two days a week and take Zumba classes two days a week, also drink at least a gallon of water per day. What has helped is topical testosterone compound, but expensive, about $100 per month, an estrogen replacement but that has its own risks, good multi-vitamin and Vit-D, plus a collagen supplement.

You should exercise to reduce bone loss and help thwart several other age related diseases. Testosterone can cause hair growth, tender breasts and mood swings. You'll need to work with your Dr to adjust the dosage to get max benefit without becoming a hairy, bad-tempered monster. Good luck, not much info out there for women. If this affected men, there would be boat loads of info available.
