Dear Anon,

I can hear the frustration through your post and I'm so sorry. I know it's hard when you try so hard to achieve something and you have very little to show for it.

I think you may be going about this the wrong way, though. There is no need to exercise more than an hour a day-- 2.5 hours is overkill and you aren't eating enough to lose weight. For someone who has a high-energy 1 hour exercise regimen daily, you should be consuming at least 1800 calories a day. If you are burning fuel for 2.5 hours and only consuming 1200 calories, then your body is hanging on to every bit of fat that it can because it isn't sure when it's going to get fed again. Does that make sense?

Have you cut out all of the white foods from your diet? Such as White bread, white rice, etc? Try this. You should still eat a bit of rice, but it should be brown. Cutting down on the starchy carbs will help you significantly. Most of your calories should be coming from your protein, fruits, and vegetables.

I found a post that you may find helpful https://www.empowher.com/community/share/my-life-pcos?page=2 and if you're looking to join a weight loss group, here's a great one! https://www.empowher.com/groups/LOSE-EIGHT-POUNDS-EMPOWERHER-WAY

Wish you the best!
