Based on your previous history of cancer, you do have predisposed factors of cancer. But just because you are predisposed to Cancer, doesn't mean that you will have cancer. There are certain factors such as genetics, age, sex, race, and family history which you cannot change. However, any lifestyle factors such as physical activity, weight, smoking, hormone therapy, etc. are factors that can be changed.
As someone who has had her fair share of different types of cancer, the single best thing other than making any necessary lifestyle changes is to always keep your doctor appointments, and note any changes to your health so that you can inform your doctor(s) right away.
